We are looking for an Operations Billing Analyst to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

Are You :

Strong in your financial acumen and analytical capabilities

Able to Identify solution constraints and analyze alternatives, mitigate risks and conduct re-evaluations as necessary, with respect to process / solution.

As the Operations Billings Analyst for Connected Solutions will document and analyze financial processes, conduct monthly review of financial results, research and resolve defect or concerns in collaboration with internal and external partners, and support special projects including continuous improvement efforts to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

They will create, manage and control audit procedures for vendor invoices aligned to SOX Compliance needs, and work with billing and vendors to resolve billing issues

A Day in the Life

Process documentation

Document financial processes and procedures, analyze for effectiveness and efficiencies and play a lead role in improving them

Auditing- Perform monthly analysis of financial transactions (billing from vendor and client billing) to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

Capture discrepancy or error needing remediation

Lead audit of financial transactions aligned with SOX compliance procedures.

I ssue Resolution -Work with appropriate parties (vendor, client, Element billing, accounting, other team) to resolve defects or concerns

Continuous Improvement -Support work to improve financial and accounting reporting

Assist manager with projects and other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 year of operations or financial analyst experience
  • Strong analytic and mathematical aptitude
  • MS Office skills required, intermediate to advance Excel skills
  • Six Sigma, project management certification plus
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge and skills in financial acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tool
  • Identify solution constraints and analyze alternatives, mitigate risks and conduct re-evaluations as necessary, with respect to process / solution.
  • Demonstrate and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in an organized fashion.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Able to manage large streams of data, making recommendations to leadership members & influence decision making is a routine part of the position, often under tight timeframes.
  • Able to work independently.
