Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams and oversee the execution of mechanical and fire protection / sprinkler projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities :

As a Senior Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include :

  • Manage and oversee mechanical and fire protection projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Managing and coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams to ensure project completion within the stipulated time and budget.
  • Developing and executing project plans, including risk management, quality control, and communication plans.
  • Conducting regular project status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all fire protection and mechanical systems adhere to industry standards and regulations.
  • Identifying potential issues or risks that could affect the progress of the project and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients to develop comprehensive project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Responsible for the overall success and quality of projects, ensuring that they meet client expectations and business objectives.

Qualifications :

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications :

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fire protection and mechanical systems.
  • Proven experience managing and leading large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • A strong understanding of fire protection systems and mechanical engineering principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of the technology industry and its evolving trends.
