Description :
- Entering per diem on a weekly basis.
- Entering and tracking employee hours.
- Job site cost tracking.
- Creating quotes and sales orders.
- Creating S.O.P for the service teams.
- Assisting with scheduling sites.
- Booking hotel, flights, and cars for service trips.
- Importing service documents into system.
- Assisting with job site coordination.
- Coordinating Shipments to sites.
- Reporting to customers status of open / closed issues.
- Coordinate to ensure pricing, procurement and delivery of equipment, materials, and services.
Requirements :
- Education : Four yr. degree preferred or 5 yrs. related manufacturing experience.
- Training : On the job training.
- Skills : Proficient in Excel, PDF'S, Word, and Windows is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, and proficient with verbal and written communications.
- Experience : ISO 9001 : 2000 Quality Standard, Procedures & Work Instructions, Performance goals and objectives, Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
- Working Conditions : Limited exposure to moving equipment, fumes, dust, cleaning solvents, and oils.
