Title : Clinic Director
Location : Pacific Palisades, CA
We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Director to be part of our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading organization in orthopedic physical therapy and wellness.
Our Physical Therapists collaborate with our corporate product development team to explore innovative, cutting-edge techniques, ensuring we are at the forefront of the industry.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Clinic Director to oversee the operations of one of our locations.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
- Develop and implement clinical procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and help patients achieve their health goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff.
- Implement Physical Therapy programs.
- Perform initial and ongoing PT evaluations.
Requirements :
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the California Board of Physical Therapy.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic, outpatient clinical setting.
- Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
- Advanced Board Certification.
- Understanding of insurance, billing, and collections protocols.
- CPR Certification.
