Job Title : Full-Time Temporary Receptionist (Open-Ended Assignment)

Are you a friendly, detail-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a Full-Time Temporary Receptionist for an open-ended assignment.
As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls; provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments.
Greet and assist visitors, determining the purpose of their visit and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Transmit information or documents via computer, mail, or fax.
Address customer and public complaints, ensuring a resolution.
Perform various administrative tasks, including proofreading, transcribing, and operating office equipment (calculators, computers, etc.).
Maintain accurate records and files.
Provide detailed information about the establishment’s departments, offices, and services.
Sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
Prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, and other documents.
Process payments and record receipts for services rendered.
Skills & Qualifications :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening and excellent customer service orientation.
Ability to read and comprehend work-related documents effectively.
Strong coordination and time management skills.
Social perceptiveness and critical thinking abilities.
Experience in monitoring and assessing performance for improvement.
