Front Desk Agent - Hampton Inn Kansas City Airport

Join our welcoming team at the Hampton Inn Kansas City Airport as a Front Desk Agent, where your friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills will help create a positive experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel management system
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Process payments and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions securely
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security for guests and staff

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
