Payroll Clerk

Irving, TX

4x per week in office

Compensation : $55-65k (paid hourly)

Growing company is looking for a payroll clerk for multi-location / multi-entity. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of experience, a positive and professional work ethic and the desire to grow.

Responsibilities :

• Multi-location payroll processing for hourly, salaried employees
• Utilize ADP for payroll reporting and month-end
• Assist with new hires, benefits, deductions, garnishments, adjustments in payroll system
• Assist with payroll journal entries
• Reconcile payroll
• Timesheet data entry
• Respond timely to requests
• Work with HR and accounting teams for payroll questions
• Communicate frequently with locations to ensure accuracy of payroll issues

Qualifications :

• 1+ years of high-volume payroll experience
• Advanced payroll systems experience, ADP highly preferred
• Ability to hit deadlines, displayed problem solving
• Positive and professional work demeanor, both written and verbal

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
