Senior Staff UX/UI Designer, SaaS Product Background, Remote
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, delivering intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across the platform.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX / UI design, applying this knowledge to our product.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX / UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX / UI design, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX / UI design projects, highlighting problem-solving skills and design thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
