A national leading geotechnical construction firm is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in geotechnical and deep foundation projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, organizational, and communication skills and will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, safety, and success of our projects.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Work closely with professional engineers and project managers to support design engineering efforts and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, helping to establish budget parameters.
• Develop and submit bid proposals, collaborating with team members to meet client expectations and project goals.
• Coordinate material procurement, ensuring timely delivery of necessary supplies and resources.
• Interface directly with clients and design teams to maintain clear communication and facilitate project success.
• Track job costs throughout project phases, monitoring expenses against budget allocations.
• Contribute to project scheduling, coordinating timelines and tasks to meet deadlines.
• Gain experience in project management, supporting the successful completion of projects from start to finish.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively coordinate across teams and clients.
• Organize multiple concurrent tasks efficiently, prioritizing to meet project demands.
• Leverage a working knowledge of MS Office applications, AutoCAD, and scheduling software (preferred) to enhance project operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in deep foundations, ground improvement, geotechnical construction or similar industries.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
