Responsibilities :
- Lead in the development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring
- Project Planning and Execution : Oversee project and collaborate with team and stakeholders to ensure that project construction activities align with owner / client's project goals, budget, and timeline including participating with team and stakeholders in reviewing detailed construction plans and schedules
- This individual will often oversee multiple medium-sized projects, a single large-sized project, or an assigned scope on a single, large, complex project
- Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions
- Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget
- Client Interface on projects; Manage client relationship / expectations with effective face to face, phone, and email communication
- Negotiate and execute change orders, subcontracts and purchase orders
- Work with the design team to provide cost analysis feedback and constructability reviews
- Recommend staff development needs, disciplinary actions, job assignments and promotions
- Maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple projects
Qualifications :
- MS Office experience required, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Data Center experience required
