HR Coordinator (Salary Negotiable)

Hogsalt is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Time Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!

Our ideal candidate is passionate about upholding Hogsalt’s values of harmony, accountability, and resilience. As a key member of the HR team, the HR Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support in onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

With a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities, the HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in fostering a productive and harmonious workplace

Experience & Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1-2 years of HR related experience.
• Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Schedule :

• Tuesday - Saturday
• Ability to travel to various Hogsalt locations

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Process job changes and adjustments utilizing HR technology.
• Assist with timecard and payroll troubleshooting.
• Manage paperwork for distribution and return of assets.
• Manage employee referral process.
• Assist leadership in the completion of the employee performance review cycle.
• Maintain employee break audits and associated forms.
• Provide on-site assistance for employee onboarding and I-9 completion.
• Manage employee termination process and leave of absence requests.
• Provide audit support for all restaurant personnel certifications.
• Provide HR technology support to employees and leadership.
• Assist in reviewing, administering, and submitting progressive discipline as needed.
• Support all new restaurant openings with onboarding, group reviews of policies / handbook / etc. in collaboration with HR leadership.
