Ladneir Healthcare Services is looking for Home Healthcare Aides / Direct Support Professionals to support developmentally delayed individuals in staying independent in their homes on Cleveland's West Side (Brook Park, West 230th)!
What Youll Do :
- Cook, clean, and assist with day-to-day activities.
- Administer medication and monitor health needs.
- Be a companion and support during doctor visits.
Respect and empower clients to make their own choices.

Requirements :
- Pass a background check.
- Have a valid ID and diploma / GED / transcripts.
- Own a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).
Relevant certificates (we can provide training if needed).

Required qualifications :
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
- Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit
Preferred qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Medical license / certification : CPR Certification
- Medical license / certification : First Aid Certification
- Medical license / certification : Home Health Aide Certification
- Medical license / certification : LPN
- Valid driver's license
- Access to personal devices for work : smartphone - any type
- Background check
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
- Comfortable handling customer complaints
- Able to comfortably lift 20 lbs
- Available to work : overnight
- Available to work : on call
- Available to work : holidays
- Available to work : early morning
- Available to work : late at night
- Available to work : overtime
- Available to work : weekdays
