YOUR ROLE

Website Development and Maintenance :

• Plan, develop and execute user experience strategies to support Kenra campaign initiatives, streamline the customer experience, and drive towards conversion and purchase on partner websites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, with the brand team, and within the integrated marketing team on content, as well as with an development agency to implement website enhancements and improvements.
• Take ownership of web development initiatives by partnering with developer agency, establishing the project timeline, leading the agency from kick-off through launch, addressing questions and defects, and managing any post-launch issues.
• Manage all website vendor partners, providing direction as it relates to assigned projects.
• Manage implementation of tracking pixels for ad campaigns using Meta, Google Tag Manager.
• Take appropriate action on website issues reported by external customers and internal teams.
• Partner with the developer agency as well as internal business intelligence team to provide detailed reporting and analytics for regular website traffic as well as for specific campaign landing pages.

Email and SMS Management :

• Take ownership of the email and SMS content calendar.
• Partner with Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to conceptualize, strategize and write copy for email and SMS initiatives for both pro and end consumer audiences.
• Work with graphic designers, Associate Marketing Managers, and Education team (where necessary), on email design and content including product and video links.
• Proof email and SMS copy coordinating all edits with designer.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as sales to align on specific campaigns and initiatives to support the Kenra business.
• Partner with the business intelligence team to provide detailed reporting and analytics.
• Propose and develop tactics and campaigns to grow subscription lists, engagement and conversion based on analytics.
• Manage all email and SMS vendor partners, providing direction as it relates to projects and any software needs. Process PO’s or invoices for vendors where necessary.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field required
• 4-5+ years’ work experience in digital marketing and with CRM software, such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify, Contently, Google Analytics and similar software required
• Excellent copywriting and proofing skills required
• Experience conceptualizing and managing email and SMS content calendar required
• Website management experience required

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $105,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
