Job Description

This is a remote position.

Urgently Hiring- The Freelance Firm is a boutique legal outsourcing platform that connects law firms with experienced, high-level freelance attorneys and paralegals and law office support staff to provide on-demand support for both short-term and ongoing legal projects.

Due to increasing demand, we are now actively seeking qualified freelance attorneys in the areas of litigation in the State of Washington.

Types of work may include drafting and general assistance with managing files to completion, with a focus on drafting motions, covering hearings, covering deposition and mediations, assisting with trial procedures and all aspects of any ongoing lawsuit.

Requirements :

  • Must be licensed attorney in good standing to practice law in the State of Washington.
  • Minimum of 5 years in practice
  • Minimum 5 years of litigation and trial experience, sole practitioners welcome and encouraged to apply
  • Strong drafting, research and writing skills and trial litigation
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well-organized
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
