As the Manager of Operations, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities that drive efficiency and support the seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize processes.
We are hiring (100% remote) in the following states : AL, AK, AZ, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TX and VA.

OBJECTIVES :
- Streamline and optimize operational processes to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to align operations with business objectives
- Manage resource allocation, including personnel and tools, to support the successful execution of projects.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring their compliance with the company’s needs and demands.
- Troubleshoot and remove blockers for staff, improve policies, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and boost productivity.

- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, metrics, and performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales processes and operational efficiency.
- Problem-Solving Abilities : Aptitude for identifying and addressing operational challenges, resolving conflicts, and implementing solutions to optimize processes and achieve objectives.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders, as well as to present ideas, proposals, and project updates.
- Adaptability and Flexibility : Capacity to adapt to changing priorities, market conditions, and business needs, and to pivot quickly when necessary to accommodate new opportunities or challenges.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and align operational initiatives with the overall business strategy, anticipating future needs and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations, preferable in a digital marketing or agency environment
- Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing operational processes
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer.
- Prolonged periods attending or presenting on video calls with camera on
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
