Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee the clinical operations of the agency to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Coordinate patient care plans and manage patient assessments.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.
Qualifications :
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license.
- Extensive home healthcare experience, with a strong understanding of Medicare / Medicaid regulations.
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
