Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the clinical operations of the agency to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care plans and manage patient assessments.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.

Qualifications :

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license.
• Extensive home healthcare experience, with a strong understanding of Medicare / Medicaid regulations.
• Previous management or supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
