What are we looking for

As the Senior Account Executive you will be working within the Client Services team. The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in building and maintaining our relationships with creators.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Support with the daytoday management of influencer campaigns adding value to the clients experience

Responsible for building vetting sourcing and nurturing relationships with creators supporting creator briefings and negotiations and guiding content creation

Support the wider team team with strategic creator research and outreach

Oversee and manage campaigns via our platform Waves including brief & content uploads and creator payments

Liaising with senior stakeholders on influencer marketing activations to discuss content and creators

Work on PCAs with senior team members to ensure we exceed client expectations

Experience & Qualifications :

Minimum of 23 years experience in an influencer marketing or social media role

Have worked across many of the social platforms including TikTok Meta YouTube and Snap

Experience working on multiple campaign projects simultaneously

Organized meticulous about meeting deadlines with excellent attention to detail

High energy and ability to multitask with a real ability to quickly prioritize across several projects

A proven team player with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others

Able to build strong rapport and relationships both internally and externally

The ability to remain calm under pressure

Not afraid to roll the sleeves up and get involved with daytoday tasks

Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills
