Snelling is seeking a Warehouse Lead in the Birmingham area!
Pay & Schedule : Mon-Fri 8a-4p $22 / hr.
Job Duties for Warehouse Lead :
- Manage receiving of inventory
- Manage and organize sales show materials and coordinate with sales team
- Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
- Enter orders into shipping systems so that invoices and carton labels are waiting for the warehouse team to arrive and start shipping
- Compile standard reports for shipping, FedEx, etc., as needed
- Schedule pickups for outgoing stock transfers and shipping of show material
- Help meet warehouse and team goals in collaboration with management
- Provide backup for picking and packing as needed
Experience / Education required for Warehouse Lead :
- 3+ years of warehouse management / supervisor experience
- Knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling / processing and inventory control
- Need to be familiar with Microsoft Office software; Word, Excel and Outlook
- Requires a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
