Location : Hybrid - Boston, MA (2 days / week, Back Bay office)

Term : Full-time, Permanent

Role is open to US Citizens or US based Green Card Holder.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team and play a critical role in driving the success of our clients.

As a TPM, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge indoor technology solutions, ensuring smooth project execution, and managing cross-functional teams through multiple, concurrent project lifecycles.

This role requires a mix of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and an ability to problem-solve on the fly.

You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that transform the future of indoor experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead project planning, requirements gathering, implementation, and deployment for global clients.
  • Partner with commercial and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including developers and designers to integrate our technology into client applications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software challenges to ensure solution quality.
  • Facilitate client status meetings to track project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Continuously learn and master our product suite to enhance client outcomes and contribute to the product roadmap.
  • Foster an inclusive culture, bringing your authentic self to the team and helping to create a positive working environment.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management or technical consulting, preferably within hardware or software industries.
  • Applied knowledge of agile software development processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Process-oriented with attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications :

  • BS or MS degree in a relevant technology or management field (e.g., Computer Science).
  • Experience using project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, or MS Project.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
