We are a growing company and have multiple roles open for a skilled  Certified Nursing Assistant,   CNA . You will provide outstanding patient care and physical support for patients and residents on a daily basis. To do well in this role you should have your Pennsylvania state-certified nursing assistant certification.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Currently certified in Pennsylvania as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY :

Under the supervision of a licensed RN or LPN performs nursing services based on the facility’s policies and procedures as regulated by the State of NJ, DOH and Federal regulations. Provides assistance to residents with daily routines and other resident activities as needed.

EMPLOYEE IS REQUIRED TO :

1. Speaks English in patient care areas.

2. Attends mandatory and scheduled In-services / meetings (12 hrs per year).

3. Arrives to work on time as scheduled

4. Demonstrates ability to work with others cooperatively.

5. Demonstrates flexibility in assignment to meet resident / family needs.

7. Adheres to departmental dress code including ID badge.

8. Responds to following emergency codes : Grey, Yellow, Action Plan, Orange, Red, Silver, E, Blue, Triage, Clear

9. Able to identify and report types of abuse (verbal, physical, sexual, financial, emotional) immediately.
