Accounts Receivable / Front Desk Part Time Blue Ash, OH

- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Answering Phones
- Welcoming Clients at the Front Desk
- Contacting Clients about Past Due Invoices via Email and Phone
- Light Inventory Tracking
Job Requirements / Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Word
- Previous work experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven history of dealing with clients in a professional manner
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience
- Manufacturing experience is a plus

Mon-Fri approx 28-32 hours a week, first shift in person
