Our client is a business services firm. They seek a Senior Director, Private Client Tax to join their Roseland, NJ office.
Responsibilities
- Review Individual, Fiduciary, Corporate, Partnership, Gift, Estate and Foundation tax returns
- Assess supporting tax return work papers and documents for tax positions and conclusions
- Deliver and manage high-level corporate and state tax services for corporate clients
- Work with clients from an individual perspective and coordinate tax research and planning
- Manage multiple client engagement projects and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Stay up to date on relevant tax matters and new and upcoming developments
- Uphold professionalism and collaboration when working with internal and external clients
- Utilize technology to enhance and streamline the tax preparation and reporting process
- Develop potential opportunities and contacts for business development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- 9+ years of HNW tax experience
- Ptsp experience preferred
- Public or combo accounting background
- Familiar with real estate tax preferred
- Skilled in RIA and GoSystems
- CPA strongly preferred
