Mental Health Therapist

THIS JOB IS ONSITE IN MICHIGAN
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
- Developing personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Providing evidence-based interventions tailored to clients' needs.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
- Carries out all activities of the program / sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s
mission, policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications :
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field is required or must be obtained
within 60 days of application.
Possession of an appropriate State of Michigan credential is required or must have applied for
and be able to obtain within 60 days of hire.
Possession of a valid Michigan driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job
related use.
- One year of relevant experience (professional or paraprofessional).
- Ability to communicate accurately and effectively both in writing and verbally.
