Team Member Essentials :

• Active NC massage therapist license
• Carry massage liability insurance
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required.

• Full time LMTs performing 25 + 50-minute hands on services can earn $71,500 -$78,000 annually.
• Part time LMTs performing 15 50-minute hands on services a week can earn $42,000 - $46,000 annually .
