Job Title : Sr. Brand Marketing Manager

Location : San Jose, CA (Hybrid - 2 days in Office) Job Description : Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy and drive impactful marketing initiatives.

As the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering customer engagement.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and increase market share.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional
  • advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling brand assets, including messaging, visual identity, and creative content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, growth, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and customer experiences.
  • Drive brand activation initiatives, including sponsorships, partnerships, and events, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
