MLK Community Medical Group (MLK CMG) has an opening for a Full-Time Outpatient Primary Care provider near the LAX area. We are a growing multi-specialty group which currently has sixteen different specialties.

Qualifications :

  • Must be board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med Peds

We offer the following benefit package :

  • Competitive compensation which includes : guaranteed salary with a quality driven bonus structure, sign-on bonus, health and life insurance, 401 K + match, malpractice insurance, CME reimbursement and license related reimbursement.

  • Work-life balance : 28 Paid Time Off Days + 3 additional CME days
  • Average of 20 patients per day
  • 4 days on-site with 4 hours admin (on-site or remote)
  • Salary depending on experience : $250,000 to $270,000
  • Sign on bonus 5%
  • Opportunity to earn up to 12% annual bonus
  • Opportunity to pursue other professional interests; MLK CMG encourages a physician's individual interest which may include teaching, community outreach, hospital leadership, and quality improvement
  • Opportunity to make a difference; physicians participate in designing how healthcare is delivered
