We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide care in the greater Bloomfield area, with additional opportunities available in nearby areas.
The position offers flexibility in terms of hours, including full time, part time, or per diem. Employees working 24 hours per week or more are eligible for benefits.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement them for homebound patients referred for physical therapy
- Independently evaluate, determine treatment strategies, deliver and / or delegate services to identify, prevent, remediate, and rehabilitate acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain
- Evaluate strength, motor control, joint mobility, soft tissue integrity, pain, balance, coordination, posture, cardiopulmonary function, endurance, gait, and functional abilities in activities of daily living
Qualifications
Required : PT experience, graduate of Physical Therapy Program from an accredited school, active CT PT license, and CPR certification.
