Compensation :
$60,000 - $150,000+ yearly once licensed
Responsibilities :
- Obtain real estate licenses for individuals in Charleston through personalized guidance and training sessions.
- Offer sponsorship for real estate school at zero cost to eligible candidates in Charleston.
- Reach out to potential clients in Charleston using designated call lists to ensure effective engagement.
- Facilitate consultations between potential clients and licensed agents within the team in Charleston.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions for future follow-up purposes in Charleston.
- Motivate trainees to actively pursue a real estate license with company sponsorship in Charleston.
- Engage in cold prospecting methods to identify and connect with potential clients in Charleston.
