Compensation :

$60,000 - $150,000+ yearly once licensed

Responsibilities :

• Obtain real estate licenses for individuals in Charleston through personalized guidance and training sessions.
• Offer sponsorship for real estate school at zero cost to eligible candidates in Charleston.
• Reach out to potential clients in Charleston using designated call lists to ensure effective engagement.
• Facilitate consultations between potential clients and licensed agents within the team in Charleston.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions for future follow-up purposes in Charleston.
• Motivate trainees to actively pursue a real estate license with company sponsorship in Charleston.
• Engage in cold prospecting methods to identify and connect with potential clients in Charleston.

Qualifications :
