What you'll be doing...

The CXP Pricing Development team, which is part of Marketing & Home domain, is seeking an outstanding person to join this agile, high performance technology team as a Java Developer.

This person will be :

• Participating in design and development software.
• Analyzing current production or System Test issues and provide solution.
• Participating in team's rotation for Production support.
• Participating in requirements analysis & prioritization by working closely with PM, BA and product development teams, representing the Pricing Team.
• Managing relationships with internal teams supplying some of the technology / solutions for future development.
• Contributing as part of a team that is responsible for the delivery of high-quality software that directly drives business growth.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have :

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Core Java, Multithreading, cache based solutions, Spring Reactive and SpringBoot, Open-Source technologies, Webservices, Source Code Management (GIT, Stash) and Cloud Platforms and use this information to set the technical direction for scalability and reduce cost of ownership.
• Experience in troubleshooting, working on production support environments.
• Knowledge of Data Architecture and Object-Oriented Methodologies with development experience.
• Experience in No SQL technologies, DevOps tools, SQL and DB2.

Even better if you have one or more of the following :

• Technology leadership, including solid understanding of architecture, and full stack implementation.
• Experience in AWS cloud, EKS and Kubernetes.
• Experience in implementing large scale, highly-available Java applications using Microservices.
• Experience in handling large production applications and experience with performance tuning.
• Good record of professional experience and accomplishment in driving IT transformation.
• Experience in designing, delivering and managing service level agreements and performance metrics.
• Experience in supporting mission critical 24X7 production systems, lead real-time high stake risk mitigation plan and drive timely decisions.
• Must be interested in learning the Pricing Business logic and be able to communicate the business logic to technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer and team-oriented work environment.
• Strong oral / written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions.
• Quickly grasp / master new requirements and related knowledge.
• Manage tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes.
• Ability to learn / understand technical implications of system design.
• Willingness to ask questions and seek out answers.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, take ownership and drive strategy.
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
