The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Technical Writer (SAP Training Content) for a top biotech organization near Hillsboro, OR.
Responsibilities
- Support development, maintenance, and revising of SAP (S4 / HANA) training content
- SOP development and work instructions, OJT and ILT training materials, and visual aids
- Work with SMEs create / edit / maintain documents
- Track progress to ensure on-time completion to meet site timelines
- Solve complex technical writing issues following cGMP regulations and company standards
Requirements
- BA or BS degree required
- Previous experience with creating and updating documents in a technical or regulatory environment required
- Experience with SAP(S4 / HANA) is required
- Advanced word processing proficiency is required
- Knowledge of document management system (Veeva QualityDocs), quality systems (Veeva OneQMS) and collaboration systems (SmartSheets, Trello) is beneficial
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must be flexible to support changing assignments and priorities
- Strong work ethic and drive
Additional Details :
- Position Type : 8+ month contract
- Pay rate range approved : $45-53 / hr depending on experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
