Pay : Up to $32.00 / hr, depending on experience
Work Hours : 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm with some overtime and on-call
Position Summary : The carpenter will construct and repair structures and fixtures of wood in high-end residential homes, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Required Qualifications :
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of relevant experience in custom residential homes preferred
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Experienced in installing and repairing drywall and plaster
- Knowledgeable on building codes and OSHA safety codes.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of working power tools and saws
- Able to read, understand, and interpret construction plans, sketches, and details
- Knowledge of the proper sequence of construction
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
