Overview :
We are seeking a ECOM NORTH AMERICA CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE . The ECOM NORTH AMERICA CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE will be responsible for providing service and support for Stüssy’s customers via chat and email, resolving : billing issues, technical problems, general questions, and handling escalations.
Successful applicants will be able to manage a large volume of emails and receive inbound and make outbound, Live Chats to customers to ensure all customers communications are successfully managed.
Responsibilities :
- Support the Ecommerce customer service experience by :
- Field inbound / outbound Chats and assist customers with their general questions.
- Follow up with customers on an as-needed basis to provide timely solutions.
- Focus on ensuring one-call resolution to customer issues, to reduce customers requests.
- Provide Exceptional Customer service service.
- Knowledgeable on shipping (FED-EX, DHL,DPD,ROYAL MAIL ETC).
- Maintain professionalism
- Periodically compile KPI.
- Partner with internal departments to help streamline business flow. (Operations,3PL).
- Process back end administrative functions such as : inventory management, RA, Credit memos
- Partner with 3PL on troubleshooting issues (Pick tickets, Cancellations, Address Updates).
- Hours Of Operation 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm M-F (Full time)
- Job Location : Arts District
- Hourly Wage between $17.00-18.50
Skills / Qualifications
- 5 years of customer service experience can be combined with Retail and E-Commerce.
- Has a Passion for Supporting Customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on customer flow.
- Understanding of operating multiple ERP systems.
- Must Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and Google Applications (Excel,Word,Powerpoint,Sheets,Slides,Docs).
- Ability to follow up on customer orders and follow up with logistics departments on a timely basis.
- Multi Tasker and able to work in a fast paced and evolving environment.
