About the Role

Our client is seeking a Full-time Inside Account Manager / Project Manager hybrid to drive client communication, reporting, and relationship management while coordinating website projects across design and development teams. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong skills in strategic messaging, copywriting, and social media visuals, who can also support LinkedIn campaigns, content creation, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication & Reporting : Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication, preparing reports, and fostering strong relationships.
• Project Management : Oversee website projects by coordinating design and development teams, managing timelines, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Campaign Support : Assist with LinkedIn campaigns, including Sales Navigator, outreach, and creative execution.
• Content & Creative : Contribute to content development such as social media graphics, captions, and email campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and quality.
