Responsibilities :
- Develop and sustain a dynamic pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and anticipated healthcare positions.
- Utilize ATS to track and manage candidate interactions, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough interviews via phone and in-person to assess candidate qualifications and potential.
- Make informed decisions to qualify or reject candidates based on feedback from interviews and resume evaluations.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries, maintaining clear and prompt communication.
- Attain weekly quotas related to outreach activities such as candidate calls and emails, contributing to overall team goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare recruiting and familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple recruiting channels simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other recruitment-related technologies.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for matching the right candidates to the right roles.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding recruitment quotas consistently.
