We are searching for an Enterprise Architect who will provide architecture support for Industrial Systems at Ford Motor Company.
To thrive in this position, you must have Business Architecture expertise and a desire to work with Product Team (both business and IT) members across the enterprise.
Skills Required :
- Proficient in business consulting with strong facilitation, written, and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage, develop work plans, and employ effective methods to navigate ambiguity and foster consensus for architectural solutions in both legacy and cloud-native paradigms.
- Self-motivated individual with the capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team setting
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management and Quality processes and tools within Ford or similar organizations.
- Exceptional time management and digital proficiency, utilizing tools such as MS Office.
- Proven leadership skills in working with senior management to facilitate decision-making
- Strong problem-solving abilities, including leading problem-solving teams.
- Experience in process modeling frameworks like BPMN and process automation tools
- Expertise in interoperability standards and methods
- Experience in liaising with external suppliers and vendors for consultancy and procurement solutions.
