Large Animal Veterinary Technician

A company is looking for a Remote Large Animal Credentialed Vet Tech / Non Credentialed Veterinary Support Staff.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming cases via phone and email regarding adverse events and concerns related to large animal products

Document case details in electronic records and ensure follow-up for animal well-being and adverse event reporting

Support the reimbursement process as needed while managing cases under pressure

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large animal or mixed animal veterinary clinic / hospital

Ability to work varying shifts and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, Microsoft Office, and common computer software

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately

Remote work requires meeting IT requirements and maintaining a distraction-free workspace
