Metrics & Financials
Monthly tracking of KPIs, Clinic Budgets and Team Performance across multiple centers and neighborhoods.
Community Engagement
Establish strong connections with teams, providing education and guidance during weekly operations meetings.
Team Leadership : Attract, Engage & Retain 100+ Teammates who deliver on Clinical Excellence and Operational Excellence.
o Conduct Performance Evaluations, Corrective Actions and Development Plans.
o Plan Monthly & Quarterly Team Events and Celebrations!
Clinical Outcomes : Partner with your Operations Managers, Clinic Directors & Market Leaders on Operations Quality.
What you will bring to ABC :
- At least 6-8 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and / or district management.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience required.
- High EQ - we work with kids with developmental delays and their families.
- Strong and professional communication style among Department Leaders.
