About The Position
Job Title : Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) Job Specialty : Surgical Services Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night 5x8-Hour (23 : 00 - 07 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 3 or more years, no first-time travelers License : Active MD or Compact License required Certifications : None specified Must-Have : - Active license - No locals within a 50-mile radius - References : 2 satisfactory professional references from most recent employers (1 supervisor / manager, 1 charge RN) Job Description : - Night shift position for Sterile Processing Technician with 3 or more years of experience required.
- Travel candidates must be comfortable with floating within the hospital scope of experience. - Orientation hours required for the job : 24 hours.
- Flu vaccine required with no exemptions allowed. - Candidates should be prepared to complete lab documentation within the first four days after signing the contract.
- Ensure any known background issues are highlighted in submission for review. - Candidates must have been away from the system for at least six months if returning.
- Include all requested time off during initial submission as changes or additions are not permitted post offer. - Must comply with hospital travel policies and guidelines.
