Position Description : Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Poughkeepsie, NY. The pay rate for this position will be $21 per hour.
Key responsibilities are as follows :
tActing as the primary contact between customer and client
tCreating and maintaining a database for unique contractual requirements
tHandling a high volume of incoming calls
tScheduling and managing meetings to resolve customer issues
In order to be successful in this role, the Customer Service Representative must have :
t1-2 years' experience in a Customer Service Representative role
tAbility to multi-task and work well under pressure
tStrong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
