Job Title : CNC Operator

Location : Spartanburg, SC

Pay : $21-25 / hr

Shift : 1st Shift

Job Summary :

We're looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Spartanburg, SC. As a CNC Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality parts using CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders. This is a long-term to permanent position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities for the CNC Operator :

Operate, set up, and program CNC machines to produce parts that meet detailed specifications and tight tolerances

• Interpret and execute complex technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD / CAM files with precision
• Develop and optimize CNC programs to improve production efficiency and reduce cycle times
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of machinery, addressing technical issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime
• Conduct in-depth inspections of finished components using precision measuring tools
• Lead efforts to maintain and improve production workflows, recommending enhancements to equipment, tooling, and processes
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, quality checks, and equipment maintenance

Key Qualifications for CNC Operator :

Extensive experience (3+ years preferred) as a CNC Operator in a precision manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills for CNC Operator :

Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs
