Ardenwoods is hiring!!

We are looking for a PRN or Relief Status Receptionist to join our team to fill in when needed! This position does have the potential to become a full time position!!

  • Schedule : OPEN AVAILABILITY is a MUST

Shift time could be- 8am-4pm or 4pm-8pm,

  • Not a set schedule : days or shifts

    • The Receptionist is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, direction, and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors and performing a variety of other clerical duties as assigned.

    The Receptionist may be asked to assist the Resident Services Coordinator with various clerical functions.

  • Qualifications :
  • Prefer High school Graduate with Word & Excel experience
  • Super organized and efficient
  • Comfortable with heavy volume of phone calls
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • MUST be able to work weekends if needed for consideration.
