M1 is looking for an Information System Security OfficerPrimary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following : * Develops and continually sustains a culture of compliance, safety above all and professionalism.
- Assists the PM / DPM in the use of personnel, equipment, and facilities while maintaining a high degree of flexibility andresponsiveness to the customers' needs.
- Professionally and effectively interfaces with the Functional Commander,
Contract ing Office, Government ProgramManager, internal and external customers, and higher headquarters.* Ensures that the contract is executed in a safe and efficient manner acceptable to the Government.
- Demonstrates a continuous effort to improve operations, streamline processes that reduce cost and / or labor hours and enhanceoperations.
- Responsible for the safety and security of employees and Government facilities, equipment, classified information andmaterial.
- Ensures employees possess the qualifications and certifications necessary to perform their jobs.* Position requires complying with unique commuting / travel requirements.
- Perform Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and Information System Security Officer (ISSO) duties.* Manage Cybersecurity program IAW all applicable USAF and DoD Instructions and Directives.
- Ensure servers, peripherals, communication devices, and software are on-line and supported.* Maintain the security, integrity, and accountability of AF information on the intranet.
- Manage and maintain the security groups, intranet websites, and databases.* Implement all actions required by Cyber Command and Control (C2) orders.
- Identify malicious logic on information systems.* Manage software licenses owned by the organizations.* Perform server configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
- Provide backup and recovery solutions.* Enforce strict adherence to technical data, Air Force Instructions, management procedures, and company policy.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with other base organizations, senior leadership,and related civilian organizations regarding services provided.
- Perform additional IT tasks as required or assigned by the Program or Corporate OfficeQualifications and Experience :
- Education : High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree desired.* Experience : Minimum 2 years Cybersecurity and / or Server Administration experience required.
- Must possess and be able to maintain DOD Directive 8570.1 IAM Level II (CompTIA Security+ and CISSP / CASP) baselinecertifications.
- Good troubleshooting skills, working knowledge of Window Server, SQL Server, Server administration.* Must always interact with the customer and M1 employees in a courteous, professional and effective manner.
- Must speak, read, write, and understand English.* Must be able to work days, nights or weekends, as required.* Must have a working knowledge of computers and basic computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook,SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Must obtain / maintain a secret security clearance; previous or active Top Secret desired.* Must be a US citizen with current valid US Driver's license and able to drive long distances.
- Must be able to move about both inside aircraft hangars and outside on aircraft ramps within a close proximity ofrunning equipment and aircraft.
