Job Description
This role involves direct responsibility for projects, leading a team to develop plans and specifications for a variety of project types, including commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, and residential.
The scope includes paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and other related infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Manage project reporting and client invoicing.
- Potentially supervise the work of one or more Engineers or CAD Technicians.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in North Carolina.
- Over 8 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing projects for municipalities is a plus.
- Preferred experience working on city, county, and municipal projects.
