Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team, specializing in managing relationships, and review and oversight of complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses. Key Responsibilities :

• Review complex individual, estate, trust, and partnership tax returns for high-net-worth clients.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services tailored to the unique needs of affluent clients.
• Collaborate with partners and senior staff to identify tax-saving opportunities and manage risk.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and senior associates, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify issues, gather information, and provide guidance.
• Assist in managing client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
• Coordinate with financial advisors, attorneys, and other professionals on integrated wealth planning strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and external professionals to enhance firm visibility and growth.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in working with both clients and internal team members.
