We currently have 2 positions open to support recruiting efforts in Florida & Arizona due to growth*
This is a remote role, candidates will be required to work in the time zone they support

As a high-volume Recruiter at BrightStar Care, you’ll be at the forefront of our recruiting efforts, focusing on filling essential positions such as nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and phlebotomists.
Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit for other diverse roles as needed. We pride ourselves on a proactive recruiting approach, emphasizing best practices and continuous process improvement.
Your contributions will directly influence our growth and help shape our future recruiting strategies.
What You’ll Do :
Full-Cycle Recruiting :
- Source and screen candidates for open positions with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate seamless onsite and virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report recruiting metrics to provide insights to hiring teams.
- Extend offers, negotiate terms, and prepare offer letters.
Collaborative Onboarding :
Partner with the HR Coordinator to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
Pipeline Management :
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future openings.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Accurately track open positions and candidates in the recruiting process.
- Contribute to other recruiting and HR-related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For :
- At least two years of clinical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume healthcare setting.
- Experience with recruiting for complex nursing cases.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with hiring managers and HR partners.
- Solid understanding of the employee life cycle.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
