JOB DESCRIPTION :
State Farm Agent Stephen Willett is hiring an Insurance Account and Sales Representative who is passionate, self-driven and a natural-born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives.
We're a growing agency looking for hard-working and energetic candidates who want to grow with us.
WHAT WE OFFER :
Salary plus Commission and Bonuses - Truly unlimited earning potential! Base pay and commission should combine to :
- $45,000 if you are average
- $60,000 if you are good
- $75,000 plus if you are our next superstar

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Dedicated to customer service
- Professional sales experience preferred
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License.
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.

He understands that his staff are the face of his company and appreciates the work they do each and every day.
Compensation : $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
