The Position : Our client is looking for a Chief Executive Officer for a long term acute care hospital located in Stoughton, MA.
The salary and benefits they offer are :
- $175,000 to $220,000 with up to a 30% Bonus Structure
- Bonus Based Not Only KPI’s

Qualifications :
- Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Appropriately Related Field
- Five Years Experience in Hospital Leadership or Equivalent in Healthcare Industry
- Proven Experience in Corporate Planning, Development, Management, Board Development and Multi-Hospital Operations
- Rehabilitation And Long Term Acute Care Experience Required
- Strong Verbal And Writing Skills Along With Effective Communication
