Job Title : Occupational Therapist (OT)
Job Summary : We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering occupational therapy treatments prescribed by a licensed physician.
Your goal will be to assist patients in achieving their maximum performance and level of functioning while adapting to their physical limitations.

Responsibilities :
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their condition and physician's prescriptions.
- Administer occupational therapy treatments and utilize specialized equipment to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability.
- Assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning, providing guidance on how to live within the limits of their capabilities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications :
- Occupational Therapy (OT) licensure.
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment start date.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved) in accordance with local, state, and / or federal regulations.

Additional Information :
- Shift times : Days, Monday through Friday, and rotating weekends.
- Experience required, but new grads will be considered. Adult experience preferred.
- Work in the inpatient rehab setting.
Salary Range :
- New grad : $32.52 per hour.
- 5 years' experience : $37.40 per hour.
- 10 years' experience : $40.65 per hour.
