Regional CDL B Driver with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsemetns

and GROW?Airgas is looking for a Regional Floater with an active CDL B with both Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements

• Pay : $28 per hour
• Day shift, Night shift and weekend availability is required as needed to cover colleagues / business shift needs.
• When not traveling, you will be assigned a local route in the Kentwood or Wixom area.
• Any layovers required : Yes 50%-75% travel is expected within the region.
• Regional area of coverage : Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Indianapolis
• Required experience : 1 year of CDL B CMV driving experience.
• When travel is expected, Airgas will pay for any hotel accommodations, flights or car rentals. All ANC trucks are day cabs, there is no expectancy for layovers in sleeper cabs.
• CO2 or any specialty gas experience is a plus but not required.
• Airgas National Carbonation specializes in CO2. All ANC trucks are CDL B rated and slip seats are utilized.

Qualifications

• At least 22 years old.
• Class B CDL minimum with at least 1 year CMV experience ' experience must be within the last 4 years.
• Hazmat and tanker endorsements required.
• No preventable accidents of any kind in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 minor tickets in the last 3 years.
• No serious violation ticket (speeding 15+, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years.
• No suspensions of CDL in the last 3 years except for "Failure to pay child support".
• No DUI in the last 7 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
