Requirements

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Bi-lingual skills (especially fluent in Spanish) are advantageous.
  • Must obtain both a resident producer insurance license (if not already possessed), as well as a Utah preneed sales agent license (if not already possessed.)
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Willing to work a rotating shift Monday-Saturday, 9a-5p.

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Pay Range : $65,000 - $125,000 annually, dependent on experience and performance. (This is a base salary plus commission position)
